4G MILESTONE ; COMPANIES TODAY [Newcastle Journal (England)](Newcastle Journal (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Britain's biggest mobile operator EE said it added a record 1.4m 4G customers during the third quarter and is on track to top six million customers by the end of the year. The Hatfield-based firm said in the three months to September 30 its 4G customer base stood at 5.6m, giving it the largest 4G base of any operator in Europe.
