United States : NEW CEO at NOBLE ENERGY [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Noble Energy Inc. has announced that the firm s president and COO David Stover has been named president and CEO, replacing Chairman and CEO Charles "Chuck" Davidson. Davidson will carry on holding the chairman role until Noble s 2015 annual meeting, at which time he will quit the board of directors. The board intends to elect Stover to the chairman role immediately after the meeting. Joined the exploration and production company in 2002, Stover became COO in April 2009. Prior to joining Noble Energy, he served BP America Inc., Vastar Resources and Atlantic Richfield. Stover holds around 35 years of industry experience.
