United Kingdom : NEW FRijj packaging revealed by Dairy Crest [TendersInfo (India)]


(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) UK-based flavoured milk brand FRijj from dairy food company Dairy Crest will be introducing its main range of 471ml packs in recently designed packages with a new logo.

As per to the company, the new packaging will assist them better reflect FRijj's brand identity of 'full-on fun and enjoyment' and also assist in rising consumer appeal.

The company will moreover add a new range of products together with 'Full-on Fudge Brownie', 'Choc-a Chocolate' and 'Mucho Cookie Dough' to the existing range which will assist in creating individual personalities for each of the products.



The packaging refresh comes along with the relaunch of FRijj Cookie Dough with an improved recipe. The changes were made to the product based on the feedback received from consumers. Customers will be made alert of the changes with a flash on the pack.

Dairy Drinks head of marketing Laura Sheard said: "We are excited to be rolling out a new look packaging and logo, which we feel are now more representative of the exciting, thick, great tasting milkshake inside each bottle.


"The creation of new personalities for each flavour variant will highlight the FRijj brand's fun-loving identity and attract new shoppers to the brand." As per to the company, at present FRijj is worth £56m.

The new logos and packaging will be rolled at by Dairy Crest by early 2015.

Dairy Crest, which possesses the FRijj brand hires about 4,500 people across the UK and purchases about 1.8bn litres of raw milk every year. About 1,100 British dairy farmers supply to the company.
