T-2 may continue services uninterrupted, court decides [TeleGeography CommsUpdate]

(TeleGeography CommsUpdate Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Ljubljana District Court has ruled that Slovenian alternative quadruple-play operator T-2, which entered receivership last month, may continue its operations in accordance with the proposed business plan under its bankruptcy proceeding. The appointed bankruptcy administrator stated that T-2 could continue providing fixed and mobile telephony, internet and TV services until the sale of the company's business as a whole, Telecompaper reports. T-2 has continued to achieve business growth despite the bankruptcy, reporting that its number of mobile users grew by 11% year-on-year at end-September 2014, while fixed telephony users also continued to increase and overall revenue climbed by 9% in the third quarter of the year. For 2015 the company forecasts over EUR60 million (USD76 million) in operating income and EBITDA of EUR15 million.
