Community Health Systems to Participate in Credit Suisse 2014 Healthcare Conference

Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) today announced that management will participate in the Credit Suisse 2014 Healthcare Conference to be held November 10-13, 2014, at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona.

The investor presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Mountain time, 10:30 a.m. Central time, on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, and will be available to investors via a live audio webcast.
