LMI AEROSPACE INC FILES (8-K/A) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. As previously disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K dated October 8, 2014 LMI Aerospace, Inc. (the "Company") and Cynthia G. Maness, the former Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, agreed that Ms. Maness would cease serving as an officer and employee of the Company with an expected effective date of December 23, 2014.
