BRIEF: City credit card payments will be temporarily unavailable [San Angelo Standard-Times, Texas]


(San Angelo Standard-Times (TX) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Nov. 01--SAN ANGELO, Texas -- Credit card payments for monthly municipal services statements will be unavailable by automated phone system or the city's website next weekend.

From 5 p.m. Nov. 7 through 8 a.m. Nov. 10, computer servers will undergo maintenance and residents will be unable to pay with credit card via phone or website.

The municipal services statement, also known as the water bill, normally can be paid with a credit card at cosatx.us/waterbill or by calling 325-657-4323 from a touch-tone phone.

Customers also can make payments by other methods: By mail: Payments can be mailed to the city of San Angelo utility billing/collections, P.O. Box 5820, San Angelo, TX 76903. Checks should be made payable to the city of San Angelo-Water or COSA-Water.



In person: Payments may be brought to the utility billing/collections office at 122 W. First St. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. An overnight drop box and drive-thru window are available.

By bank draft: An automatic monthly draft can be made on a customer's bank account. To establish a draft, visit the utility billing collections office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays.
