Rodrick Draney brings his extensive experience in systems engineering and software development to Veracity after a successful tenure at the Idaho National Laboratory. There he developed software for electromagnetic surveys of a nuclear power plant and also analyzed signal uncertainty of instrumentation systems. He has also served as a research engineer, developing embedded software to monitor the health of mechanical systems. Additional experience includes analyzing RF signal coupling and propagation of wireless sensors. At Veracity he will develop software requirements, tools, and tests for forecasting supply issues. In addition, he will develop software to improve modeling capabilities for solid rocket motors. Mr. Draney holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Utah State University.

Susan Nelowet, Senior Editor, brings 25+ years of writing, editing, and teaching experience to Veracity. Before joining the company, Ms. Nelowet supported the Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity for more than 7 years as the Senior Editor on a large contractor team. She built and managed the documentation process for complex deliverables, including test plans, reports, and process manuals. She also designed and taught training seminars on the documentation process and edited and produced a full-color quarterly journal at the customer's request. Expert with words, Ms. Nelowet will ensure consistently well written deliverables across Veracity's spectrum. She holds a B.A. in English from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN, and an M.A. in English from the University of Virginia.


Thomas Caputo joins Veracity's team as an Operations Research Analyst. While working with an international consulting firm, he served as Lead Architect in support of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Student Exchange Visitor Program, implementing risk measurement systems that detect regulatory noncompliance. Mr. Caputo's expertise includes statistics and Bayesian methodologies. He holds a B.S. in Economics from George Mason University in Virginia, and is currently completing graduate studies in Public Policy with a concentration in statistics, also at George Mason. As part of his studies he serves as a Research Assistant at the Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center, where he analyzes illicit trade to identify criminal patterns.
