GlassRatner Announces Appointment as Chief Restructuring Officer in Green Mountain Management LLC and Georgia Flattop Partners LLC Chapter 11 case filed in the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy CourtLee N. Green Mountain Management LLC, along with its affiliate, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Court.
