However, just several months after its IPO, on November 6, 014, the company announced that it lost 64 cents a share in the third quarter. Additionally, the Company reported that there were no new Atlas® instruments placements made during the quarter. This news sent the Company's stock price plummeting, closing at $3.00 per share on November 7, 2014, a decline of $5.34 per share or 64%.
