CIT Serves as Lead Arranger in $55.5 Million Financing to T5@Portland


CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) cit.com, a leading provider of commercial lending and leasing services, today announced that it served as Lead Arranger in a $55.5 million senior secured credit facility to T5@Portland, a subsidiary of T5 Data Centers, LLC, an owner and operator of server-ready single and multi-tenant data centers across North America. The proceeds from the facility will be used to finance the construction of the T5 Portland Project (T5@Portland)-a 104,000 square-foot Tier III data center in the Portland, Oregon suburb of Hillsboro. Financing was provided by CIT Bank, the U.S. commercial bank subsidiary of CIT. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
