MAM Software acquires Origin Software Solutions

BARNSLEY, England, July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MAM Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market: MAMS) (the "Company" or "MAM") today announced the acquisition of Origin Software Solutions Ltd ("Origin"), a UK-based provider of e-commerce solutions for the automotive aftermarket.
