Adrienne Hayes, Senior VP of Marketing for Motorola, explained that Motorola's research found that 60% of phone owners have slept with their phone in their hand; 17% have used their phone while in the shower; 40% say they ask their phone things they wouldn't ask a friend. But, 39% of users are actually happy with their mobile devices.

Motorola's goal is to create a better reltionship between users and their phones. Their new phones follow five key principles:

The Moto X Style and Moto X Play are both big handsets, with the Style having a 5.7-inch display and the Play with a 5.5-inch display. Their cameras have a 21 megapixel sensor. And both come with a battery recharging capability promising a fifteen-minute recharge delivering eight hours of battery life, up to 50% faster than the Samsung Galaxy S6. The Moto G is the third phone, available for purchase now. This 5-inch display has a thirteen-megapixel sensor. It's also water-resistant.
