Outrace Offers Customized Services to American LED Brands

GAO'AN, China, Aug. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- According to a survey undertaken by Topease, 70% of imported LED products in the U.S. market originate from China.

Outrace officially announced that the capability is in place at its sixteen LED manufacturing plants to start accepting orders for customized products. The construction of the plants took several years and was recently completed. Outrace has obtained the necessary UL and FCC certifications for the selling of its products in the American mrket. Furthermore, with the 16 newly-built plants in place, the company is quite confident in offering its customized services in the American market.

When the plants are fully in operation, 90% of a LED product will be made on company premises. Zhang explained: "From spare parts, to product design and finished goods, 90% of the entire process will be completed within the production system that was developed in-house."

The percentage of product that is manufactured in-house provides an indication of a company's control over its products and processes, and, in this case, its capabilities for high-end customized production. Outrace can satisfy both basic as well as high-end customization, hence, as Zhang Jun put it, the company is ready to provide premium services to American LED brands.

The 16 plants include a hardware plant, a painting plant, a plastic injection plant and 13 others. All are located at Outrace's 260,000m² headquarters in Jiangxi, China.
