SAVO Appoints Doug Marquis as Executive Vice President, Product Development


CHICAGO, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SAVO Group, the leading provider of enterprise-grade sales enablement solutions, announced today that Doug Marquis has been hired as its new EVP, Product Development.  Marquis comes to SAVO with over 20 years of leadership expertise in driving technology initiatives, platform development and process across entrepreneurial organizations.

Prior to joining SAVO, Doug was most recently SVP Technology and Operations at OpinionLab, a SaaS pioneer and global leader in omnichannel voice of customer feedback solutions.  Previously to OpinionLab, Doug held SVP roe at Local Offer Network where he helped to drive technology platforms for product processes that resulted in new types of product and content introduction in days as opposed to weeks.  Prior to Local Offer Network, Marquis held CTO role for RiverGlass, an analytics software platform, where he grew the company to a leading position in Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence.  Earlier in his career, Marquis held leadership roles at Mobitrac, Interface Software, ThoughtWorks and Betfair.  Marquis started his career at Accenture where he was founding member of Accenture's global eCommerce industry practice.
