Sandeep Marwah Designated Global Cultural Minister at International ConferenceNOIDA, India, July 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Representatives of nine countries - Nigeria, Tajikistan, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Vietnam, Nepal, Afghanistan, Ghana and India participated in an international conference on Changing Trends in Media and Skill Development, organized by the Skill Development Council of ICMEI- International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry, in association with the Ministry of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship, Government of India, at Noida Film City.
