CLEVELAND, July 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In the US, the total value of retail sales transactions occurring via the Internet rose, on average, 14% annually over the decade to 2015. That pace is expected to slow to 11% per year through 2020, but e-commerce sales will nevertheless outperform conventional transactions by a factor of more than three.
