Morningside Recovery Announces Scholarship Program

Honoring a commitment to accessible, high-quality mental health and addiction treatment, Morningside Recovery will be accepting applications for a series of 15 all-inclusive, 30-day treatment scholarships to commemorate its 15th anniversary. Through this scholarship, recipients will have the opportunity develop the tools they need to thrive during and after the recovery process.

A family-owned and operated treatment facility in Orange (News - Alert) County, CA, Morningside Recovery provides clients with a range of therapeutic services, specializing in the latest in evidence-based therapies. Designed to give recipients the highest level of care, this scholarship program comprises one-on-one sessions with multidisciplinary therapists and psychiatrists, art therapy, yoga and access to Morningside Recovery's state-of-the-art exercise facility, among other modalities and amenities.

"Morningside Recovery is honoring this 15-year milestone with a gift to those who cannot access the treatment they need for the life they deserve," said Morningside Recovery Executive Director Joel Edwards. "Being in the community for over a decade, we have seen the epidemic of addiction grow ad this scholarship is an opportunity for people across the country to get on the road to recovery. If treatment scholarships like this can save lives and help families, we hope other mental health and addiction recovery centers will follow suit."

The national-based treatment scholarship is offered on a rolling basis, selecting recipients during a period of six months. Beginning on March 22, 2017, applicants can access the submission form at www.morningsiderecovery.com/scholarship.
