Vivint Smart Home Names Joy Durling as Chief Information and Digital Enablement Officer


Vivint Smart Home, the leading smart home services provider in North America, today announced that Joy Driscoll Durling has joined the company as chief information and digital enablement officer. Durling brings extensive leadership and IT experience to Vivint, including 12 years of leadership roles at Adobe Systems (News - Alert) Inc.

Durling will be responsible for all business and operations technologies, systems and analytics, as well as enabling go-to-market strategies and channels. Her background in leading cross-functional teams to define and implement business, technology and platform strategies positions her to drive digital and IT innovation at Vivint.

Durling was most recently a vice presiden at Adobe where she was a strategic advisor to Adobe's chief technology officer and led product roadmap planning for the company. While at Adobe, she also served as chief of staff to the company's chief information officer where she managed strategic and operational planning, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, and mergers and acquisitions during Adobe's transition to a SaaS (News - Alert) company.
