Lancaster Pollard Assists Tri-City Healthcare District with $85.8 Million FinancingLancaster Pollard has announced it assisted Tri-City Healthcare District to complete a 25-year, $85.8 million mortgage financing insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Sec. 242/223(f) program. The 25-year, fixed-rate financing with an interest rate below five percent is a significant step towards securing our future.
