Cotiviti Announces Proposed Credit Agreement Refinancing


Cotiviti Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:COTV) ("Cotiviti"), a leading payment accuracy provider to the healthcare and retail industries, announced today that its subsidiary, Cotiviti Corporation, is seeking to refinance its existing $548.6 million secured term B loan facility. The proposed refinancing would be expected to reduce the Company's interest expense.

The consummation of the potential refinancing is subject to completion of definitive agreements as well as market and other conditions. There can be no assurance that the refinancing will occur, or, if it does, as to the terms of the refinancing.
