HappyCo Expands Industry-Leading Inspection Platform to Include Yardi Work Orders

HappyCo, a San Francisco-based software company that builds mobile and cloud applications for enterprise workforces to run their operations in real time, has expanded its integration with Yardi Voyager, one of the most popular technology platforms for property management, to allow property professionals to generate new work orders when they uncover problems using Happy Inspector. This saves money, time and effort by making sure that every issue related to safety and property conditions is addressed immediately using a standardized system.

"As with our previous Yardi integrations, this new feature brings the flexibility and accessibility of HappyCo's mobile platform to Yardi users," said Jindou Lee, co-founder and CEO of HappyCo. "Property staff simply tap the Work Order rating button under a given inspection line item in Happy Inspector and the system automagically generates a new work order in Yardi to manage the necessary repairs. It's easy and requires no new training to use."

This integration marks another important step in helping Yardi users leverage complementary features of both systems when inspecting and maintaining multifamily properties. Yardi users can now map each work order back to the correct property and unit. Multiple items marked for a work order at one property are consolidated into a single list in Yardi along with a link to a web-based version of the inspection, including inspection photos. HappyCo is committed to delivering new features, quickly and to exacting standards, that help our customers improve their mission-critical business processes.
