AbleTo Earns Accreditation from American Nurses Credentialing Center

NEW YORK, June 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- AbleTo, Inc., the leading technology-enabled provider of behavioral health treatment proven to improve patient outcomes, increase access, and lower healthcare costs, is pleased to announce it achieved accreditation by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Accredited Provider: American Nurses Credentialing Center

ANCC Accreditation distinguishes organizations that demonstrate quality and excellence in the curriculum design and delivery of continuing nursing education (CNE). Accredited organizations, like AbleTo, meet comprehensive, evidenced-based criteria to ensure CNE activities are effectively planned, implemented, and evaluated.

AbleTo will now make ANCC Accredited courses available to health plan nurse case managers via the AbleTo Care Coordination Platform, which was launched in 2016. Case managers from national and regional health plans are using the AbleTo Care Coordination Platform to streamline direct patient referrals, allow for bi-directional data exchange, and improve coordination of care.

AbleTo Chief Clinical Officer, Aimee Peters, said, "AbleTo is proud to be recognized by ANCC for our commitment to continuous improvement and the highest quality continuing education for nurses. ANCC accreditation gives nurses and our partners assurance that by partnering with AbleTo, they will receive the best CNE available."

AbleTo Chief Executive Officer, Rob Rebak, aid, "AbleTo is committed to using technology to bridge the gap between behavioral and medical care. Nurse case managers from health plans are a crucial part of the health care system. It is important that we, as a provider and partner, enable nurse case managers to fully leverage the power of technology in their day-to-day jobs and career development."
