"We're excited to bring together thoughtful education leaders to share ideas and innovations with thousands of other educators. In the US, we're still far from the high levels of math achievement our students deserve, and we therefore need to learn from each other at conferences like iNACOL," Hudson said. "By sharing new strategies and technologies for classrooms and districts, we hope to inspire leaders to explore next-generation personalized learning approaches that support teachers while ultimately improving student outcomes."

DreamBox is committed to supporting educators by empowering them with proven resources that meet the needs of each learner, including the educators themselves. This year DreamBox announced MyFlexPD™, which goes beyond product training to blend the best of face-to-face instruction with the power of DreamBox's math curriculum. The self-paced, professional learning solution uses real-time student learning data to deliver content-specific professional development to teachers that is relevant to the math concepts their students are learning in DreamBox.

"Empowering educators with job-embedded tools and support is key to propelling learning for all students," Hudson said.

Initial research of an early prototype of DreamBox's just-in-time professional learning, done with a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, included over 600 teachers and found that students demonstrated over 30 percent more growth when they had a teacher who engaged in DreamBox's professional development sessions. Last year, DreamBox gained national attention when a study from the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University found that by using DreamBox for 14 hours each week, students can increase math achievement scores by 4 percentile points.
