Craft Worldwide Earns ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification

NEW YORK, Dec. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Craft Worldwide, a global marketing production and adaptation agency, today announced that that its quality management system has been certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard by the National Standards Authority of Ireland, a leading global quality registrar. NSAI has audited Craft units in Boston, London, Mumbai, New York, Santiago, and Toronto to confirm that production processes comply with the requirements of the standard. The company previously earned certification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard in 2016 for its Mumbai and New York studios as well as for its translation division.

The ISO 9001 standard is an internationally-recognized credential that provides a framework for companies to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements, enhance customer satisfaction, address risks and opportunities, focus on continuous improvement, and utilize risk-based thinking to make decisions.

"W realized that in order to set ourselves apart in the field of globally integrated marketing production services, Craft needed to strive for the highest level of recognized quality. And for us, this was certification according to the ISO standard," said Craft CEO Ed Powers. "This a real differentiator, because few, if any, of our competitors have achieved a similar level of certification."

"We are proud to have earned certification for the second year in a row," said Craig Smith, Chief Information & Operations Officer, Craft. "Craft uses the quality management system as a key tool in running our business. The system ensures that we have everything in place to run our company effectively and efficiently – and allows us to attract, retain, and perform great work for the largest, global clients. Furthermore, our quality management system helps us to recruit and retain the best talent, as well as providing our employees with best-in-class training. Our workflow model, which allows us to gear up for mass production across studios or create bespoke productions, rests on the strength of our systems."
