Blackhawk Network Announces Sale of Grass Roots Meetings & Events

PLEASANTON, Calif., Dec. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell the Grass Roots Meetings & Events business to BCD Meetings and Events (BCD M&E) for a purchase price of approximately $30.3 million US dollars.
