Koskie Minsky LLP is investigating a potential class action against the Ford Motor Company (News - Alert) relating to potential defeat devices in Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Truck (2011-2017) vehicles containing the Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engine.

In the wake of the Volkswagen 'Dieselgate' scandal, scrutiny of diesel emissions has increased. A class action lawsuit in the United States has been commenced concerning Ford F-250 and F-350 vehicls. It has been alleged that the relevant Ford vehicles emit significantly higher levels of pollutants than are permissible under North American law. It is alleged that increased emissions in the Ford vehicles are caused by a defeat device contained within the vehicles.
