Morneau Shepell Declares March 2018 Cash Dividend

TORONTO, March 19, 2018 /CNW/ - (TSX: MSI) Morneau Shepell Inc. ("MSI") announced today a cash dividend of $0.065 per share for the month of March 2018, to be paid on April 16, 2018 to holders of record of shares of MSI on March 29, 2018.

MSI designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.
