War Memorial Hospital Expands FormFast to Ambulatory Clinics to Enhance MEDITECH Implementation

ST. LOUIS, April 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- FormFast, the leading provider of electronic forms and workflow solutions for the healthcare industry, is pleased to announce long-time customer, War Memorial Hospital, is expanding FormFast to their ambulatory facilities.

A FormFast customer since 1999, War Memorial Hospital is located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. To complement their MEDITECH 6.1 implementation, War Memorial Hospital will extend FormFast FastPrint, eSignature, and Web FormImprint to roughly 22 clinics.
