The Alithya Group releases supplementary information regarding the Edgewater transaction

The Alithya Group continues along the road to NASDAQ and TSX listing

MONTREAL, May 22, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - The Alithya Group ("Alithya") has released supplementary information as part of the process related to the combination of Alithya and Edgewater Technology ("Edgewater"), including with regard to potential synergies arising from the combination of the two entities. Alithya Group is currently one of the largest digital strategy and digital technology consulting firms in Canada, with additional operations in the United States and France. On March 16, 2018, Alithya and Edgewater announced an agreement by which they will combine to create a new company that will include 2,000 professionals. The company will be called Alithya and will be based in Quebec. Once the transaction closes, Alithya is expected to be listed on NASDAQ and the TSX.

The combined company will be one of the most prominent firms in the digital technology and consulting field in the United States and Canada, with an additional presence in France and the United Kingdom.
