Weezie Mullaly Mullaly's Yonkers local office, located at 1915 Central Park Ave., opened six years ago, and started with a team of two agents. Today, the staff has grown to a family of 22 fully-bilingual sales and service agents. They work at a combination of two Yonkers locations to accommodate their growing customer base, and assist customers with car insurance as well as coverage for renters, homeowner's, umbrella, motorcycles, condos, boats and more forms of insurance. Mullaly's Yonkers staff members have gotten involved in the loca Westchester community as well. The office sponsors a number of local causes, including the Rye YMCA Derby, the Walk 4 Hearing Impaired, the Rye Little League baseball and softball teams, the Junior League of Central Westchester and local school fundraisers in Rye. Matthew McCarthy McCarthy, who heads GEICO's Alexandria local office located at 4617 Duke Street, has guided the operation to become a top regional performer in just two years, primarily from its marketing efforts and by developing local relationships. Scores of customers have complimented the office for staying open after hours so they could get immediate coverage when needed. GEICO's Alexandria local office focuses on enriching the local community as well. The office takes an active role planning and sponsoring events as a member of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, and also Alexandria's West End Business Association. Staff members often can be spotted at Alexandria's many parades, festivals and charity events. Gilbert Suarez GEICO's North Miami local office, headed by Suarez and located at 13631 Biscayne Blvd., set record sales growth during its first year of operation. When most GEICO local offices open, they start with a small staff; however, Suarez needed to double the size of his team to 15 members and expand his office in order to manage the growing number of insurance policies his office has sold since opening. GEICO's North Miami local office focuses on more than just selling insurance policies - staff members also spend a considerable amount of time getting involved in the local Miami community. The office sponsors the Miami Children's Museum, and is an active donor to the Golden Gift First Generation Scholarship. Additionally, Suarez is a member of the Cuban American National Foundation.
