• The Quantega Recruitment Process is a systematically planned process with 3 phases. In the first phase all the candidates who have completed the registration process successfully will be going under Quantega Pre-Employment Cognitive Test(QPECT) held on 4th November 2018 (Tentative). Quntega's cognitive ability test is designed to measure an Applicant's cognitive function in a specific area, such as verbal reasoning, spatial awareness, Problem solving skill, critical thinking, mathematics, etc. We use this in the recruitment process to help predict a candidate's future aptitude for the position.

• In the second phase, candidates who qualify for the first round will go for General Intelligence & Group Discussion. Candidates will be evaluated based on their systematic exchange of information, views and opinions about a topic, problem, issue or situation among the members of a group. Topics will be given to Candidates after Result of QPECT to prepare. Those topic should be mostly based on latest developments in Business & Economy; Current Affairs; Social Issues; International events, Climate, technology, etc.
