Domo Achieves ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018 CertificationsSILICON SLOPES, Utah, Sept. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Domo, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOMO), provider of the leading cloud-based operating system for business, today announced it has achieved certification for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018, two of the most widely accepted and recognized international standards for information security management. ISO/IEC 27001 provides a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organization’s information risk management processes, while ISO/IEC 27018 is a code of practices for protection of personally identifiable data in the public cloud. Developed by a joint subcommittee of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the certification processes for both ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27018 required Domo to submit to a rigorous audit of its information security management systems and controls. An independent, third-party auditor conducted the audit. “Customers around the globe trust Domo with their data and we have a responsibility to ensure that it is secured and managed with the highest standards around people, processes and information technology,” said Niall Browne, Chief Information Security Officer and SVP of Trust and Security at Domo. “Our newest certifications demonstrate our ongoing commitment to safeguard customer data and provide the most reliable platform by using best-in-class tools and practices.” For more information on Domo’s security, compliance and privacy commitments: visit https://www.domo.com/trust About Domo Domo is a registered trademark of Domo, Inc.
