Capitalizing on Blockchain Payments, the Future of Money: A Live Session at Blockland Solutions Conference

Joshua Holmes will be presenting blockchain payment solutions at the first-ever Blockland Solutions Conference when it convenes in December. He will be speaking at 3:30 p.m. on December 3 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, OH.

Attendees will learn the advantages of cryptocurrency and how to adapt business practices to accept blockchain payments, both online and in person. The benefits of blockchain payments include significantly greater transaction transparency to all parties, which discourages fraud and reduces fees accrued by credit card providers. It also expands revenue opportunities from service to segments of customers that only transact in cryptocurrency.

"Josh and his team demonstrate that national blockchain expertise exists within our Northeast, Ohio borders," said Bernie Moreno, founder of the Blockland Cleveland. "We're confident his leadership at the Blockland Conference will inspire even faster collaborations, both within our region and throughout our nation."

Holmes serves as CEO for Ethode, an enterprise software development firm that specializes in web and mobile solutions, as well as data integration and management. In addition, he also serves as CEO of LightSpeed Hosting, a cloud and datacenter hosting solutions provider. Holmes has more than 20 years of experiences in software and operations, and his two enterprises have a history of assisting companies in the emerging market of blockchain solutions.

"We expect in the next two years to see a sizable percentage of our revenue sources come from building blockchain solutions," said Holmes. "Industry leaders in every segment recognize that the value proposition is clear and easy to justify based on its quick ROI. Right now there's not a lot of solution providers in the space, so we're already building proof-of-concept applications for some of the largest companies in the U.S., Mexico, and South America. We're just getting started."
