Grom Social Enterprises Signs Strategic Partnership with Child Rescue Coalition

The Safe Social Network For Kids Just Got Safer - GromSocial.com

Boca Raton, FL, Nov. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Grom Social Enterprises (“Grom Social” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: GRMM), a leading social media network and original content provider for children between the ages of 5 and 16, announced today that it had entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Child Rescue Coalition (”CRC”), a non-profit organization focused on using proprietary technology to protect children against predators. The partnership adds an additional layer of security to Grom Social’s already secure and safe kids’ social network by flagging and filtering out IP addresses which may be of concern. The partnership aligns and strengthens two of the most active online child safety advocates in the United States. As both these public-private industry influencers unite, it will ensure Grom Social can continue to provide an exceptionally safe environment for children to navigate the Internet.

CRC’s proprietary online monitoring technology has already helped in rescuing over 2,500 children in over 90 countries worldwide, resulting in the arrest of over 10,000 predators. CRC believes the technical integration with Grom Social’s already secure network would ultimately create an additional sense of comfort for parents.

Under the terms of the agreement, the parties agree to work together in order to enhance Grom Social’s Trust and Safety protocols on its website utilizing CRC’s proprietary IP monitoring technology.

Additionally, both Grom Social and CRC will work together on joint marketing and promotional activities, social media postings, and on co-branding to increase the awareness of both organizations. The activities would focus on generating mass-awareness for Child Rescue Coalition’s outreach efforts to support campaigning via Grom Social’s entire network, while Grom Social will focus it joint efforts to promoting its newly launched “Mama Bear” child monitoring app, through CRC’s network.

Mel Leiner, Grom Social’s Executive Vice President and CFO stated, “Since inception, Grom Social remains and continues to be a world leader in providing safe online social environments for children to navigate on the Internet.  Our partnership with the Child Rescue Coalition provides us with an additional layer of protection to give peace of mind to parents and significantly strengthen our status as an industry leader.  We are fortunate to be working with such a igh caliber organization whose goal of protecting childre, so closely aligns with ours.”

William Wiltse, Child Rescue Coalition’s President commented; “Our organization is comprised of dedicated individuals who are very passionate about protecting children.  We are thrilled to be partnering with an organization such as Grom Social who shares this passion and will enable us to make more of an impact than we already have.  We look forward to working with the Grom team to help achieve this goal.”
