Siyata Mobile Signs Supply Agreement with Leading Tier 1 U.S. Cellular Operator for Uniden® UV350

MONTREAL, Nov. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company” or “Siyata”) (TSX-V: SIM | OTCQX: SYATF), a leading global developer and provider of cellular communications systems, is pleased to announce the completion of a supply agreement with a leading Tier 1 cellular carrier in the United States.  This agreement is a prerequisite to launching the Uniden® UV350 with this operator in the U.S. and covers all the terms and conditions related to the distribution, pricing, logistics, warranty, legal terms and more.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO and Chairman of Siyata Mobile, commented, “This is a major milestone for Siyata which we have been working towards over the past two years. With over twelve million commercial fleet vehicles and nearly two million first responder vehicles in the U.S., the UV350 PTT device is a multibillion-dollar opportunity and we believe we can dominate market share as developers of the world’s first and only-in vehicle smartphone with North American carrier distribution."

The Uniden® UV350 is the world’s first and only dedicated 4G in-vehicle smartphone with Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) while being compatible on Band 14. As an all-in-one, purpose-built in-vehicle smartphone designed to upgrade single purpose hardware, the Uniden® UV350 creates in-vehicle efficiencies never seen before in the commercial fleet and vehicle market.

According to the United States Department of Transportation, in 2015 there were over 12 million commercial fleet vehicles and 1.85 million first responder vehicles in the United States.
