PITTSBURGH, Dec. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Inventors from Sylmar, Calif., have developed the TEMP BOX FOR GEAR, a large capacity AC power distribution panel. A prototype is available.

"We built our invention to be used on our job site to power large apartment buildings while replacing the main electrical panel. Our prototype was approved by the ciy building inspector and the power provider to be used on job sites," said the inventors. The TEMP BOX FOR GEAR prevents having to shut down the power in office or apartment units while servicing main panels. It allows AC power to remain on within multiple customer premises units. This invention will allow contractors to make service panel and meter upgrades safely and quickly. It will save considerable time in the setup work and will allow focus to be made on the work at hand.

The original design was submitted to the Los Angeles office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
