Cushman & Wakefield Hires David Pergola and Brian Doherty in BostonCushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) recently announced the hiring of David Pergola and Brian Doherty, both Executive Managing Directors, in Boston. Both had previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield; they now join from CBRE where they worked on Capital Markets and Investment Sales across office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets throughout New England. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Doherty specializes in office, industrial, retail and mixed-use transactions throughout New England. He has transacted more than $3 billion in total sales. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Doherty was most recently an Executive Vice President/Partner at CBRE after having previously been a Senior Managing Director on Cassidy Turley/DTZ's Capital Markets team and a Director at Cushman & Wakefield for more than 10 years.
