Unique, Integrated Approach to IMEs to be Featured at RIMS Innovation Session

Objective, accurate information is key to diagnosing and treating workplace injuries, especially in independent medical exams (IMEs). But that has been nearly impossible with soft tissue injuries. Emerge Diagnostics' Electrodiagnostic Function Assessment Soft-Tissue Management (EFA-STM) program has been a game changer for better care, diagnosis and treatment for work-related injuries.

Emerge Diagnostics has partnered with Genex to offer a new Integrated IME-EFA Program that has helped employers with cost savings and improved outcomes for all.

A special Innovation Hub session at the 2019 RIMS Annual Conference will feature:

  • MaryRose Reaston, Ph.D. Founder and COO, CSO of Emerge Diagnostics and co-developer of the EFA-STM program
  • Jeff Kisor, Senior Safety Compliance Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport

Attendees will learn about:

  • Employer benefits of the EFA-STM program
  • The objective Integrated IM-EFA program
  • How telemedicine can enhance better outcomes, including in IMEs

The session, Improving IMEs Through Diagnostic Innovation, will take place Monday, April 29, 2019, at 4:15 p.m. in booth 1099.
