Exacta Systems, Kentucky Downs And AmTote/Parimax Agree To Settle All Outstanding Litigation

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., Jan. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Plaintiffs AmTote International, Inc. and Parimax Holdings, LLC and Defendants Kentucky Downs, LLC, Exacta Systems, LLC and Magellan Gaming, LLC have reached a resolution of their existing litigation in Kentucky and Wyoming.  AmTote and Exacta have entered into a settlement agreement and a licensing agreement to resolve their disputes over their respective historical horse racing gaming technologies.  Accordingly, all parties to the Kentucky and Wyoming litigation have agreed to dismis all pending legal actions against Exacta, Kentucky Downs and Magellan.  The details of the settlement are confidential by the agreement of the parties.
