Syniverse Names Michael Clifton to Board of DirectorsSyniverse has appointed Michael Clifton, a Principal in The Carlyle Group's global Technology, Media & Telecom Buyout Group, to the Syniverse Board of Directors. Clifton brings deep experience in the technology industry, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. His expertise will help Syniverse (News - Alert) strengthen its role as a connectivity innovator in the age of digital transformation as it powers a portfolio of rapidly emerging areas, such as the internet of things and 5G.
