Rural Sourcing Names Tom Rodkey as the New Director of their Oklahoma City Software Development Center

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Rural Sourcing, the leading provider of US-based IT outsourcing services, has named Tom Rodkey as the new director of the company's software development center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

As director, Tom is responsible for building and leading a team of 150+ IT consulting colleagues, driving team collaboration and fostering the culture, supporting business development, and advancing Rural Sourcing's participation within the tech community.

Tom most recently served as an exective IT consultant to FEMA, overseeing a team of developers and project managers through the migration of three different databases onto a cloud platform. Prior to that, he was director of IT at WageDayAdvance, where he led the IT department and strategic technology planning for this UK lending company. Tom earned an MBA from Wichita State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. He is also a former petty officer first class in the United States Navy.
