When an iOn Tag-enabled piece of equipment has broken the paired connection with the LMU, the fleet manager or driver will receive a real-time alert notification that the asset, such as a power tool, small generator or ladder, has been left behind. A flexible API interface allows telematics service providers and integrators to incorporate the vehicle telematics and asset data insights directly into their custom applications, enabling the development of powerful new connected vehicle and industrial asset ecosystems.
