Objectivity and Shearwater GeoServices Renew Relationship for Advanced Marine Seismic Surveying

San Jose, California, Feb. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Objectivity, Inc. announced a new award by Shearwater GeoServices (“Shearwater”) for the expanded use of Objectivity’s technology within Shearwater’s seismic surveying system.  Shearwater’s TRINAV Positioning System collects GPS, acoustic, compass and other sensor data, computes the network node positions, and calculates source and receiver positions. Objectivity’s enterprise software platform is used to store data for positioning of the equipment deployed on Shearwater’s vessels for the marine seismic surveying of the sea floor.
