Global Atlantic Announces Annuity Reinsurance Transaction with Ameriprise Financial


Global Atlantic Financial Group Limited ("Global Atlantic"), is pleased to announce the execution of a $1.7 billion fixed annuity reinsurance transaction with Ameriprise Financial's affiliate, RiverSource Life Insurance Company ("RiverSource").
