Central Securities Corporation Declares Dividend

The Board of Directors of Central Securities Corporation (NYSE American: CET), a closed-end investment company, today declared the following dividend:

Of the $0.20 per share to be paid on June 25, 2019, $0.10 will be paid from net investment income and $0.10 will be paid from long-term capital gains. After the end of the year, stockholders will be informed of the taxable status of all distributions made in 2019.
