Cubic Announces the Sale of Commercial Properties in San Diego and OrlandoSAN DIEGO, June 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) today announced it has further rationalized its real estate footprint with the sale of its Kearny Mesa campus in San Diego, California and its Orlando, Florida facility for a combined total of $46 million.

The sale of Cubic's Kearny Mesa facility is the first step in the consolidation of its two San Diego campuses into one site at its headquarters, located at 9333 Balboa Ave. Cubic will be leasing a facility in Orlando to be closer to its training and simulation customers.
