Phil Sims joins Cirrus Insight bringing with him over 25 years of enterprise-class technology leadership experience. He has held key positions developing platforms for several high profile marketing services firms including Clear Channel (News - Alert) Communications, Constant Contact and, most recently, serving as the CTO for Act-On Software where he led a digital transformation initiative that was recently recognized by SiriusDecisions as Technology Program of the Year.
