Accenture Ranked No. 1 in HFS Top 10 for ServiceNow Services 2019 Report


Accenture (News - Alert) (NYSE: ACN) was named No. 1 out of 14 providers in the HFS Top 10 for ServiceNow Services Providers 2019 report.

"Accenture came out as a clear leader for its ability to innovate and deliver superior outcomes for its clients," said Ollie O'Donoghue, research vice president of HFS Research. "Accenture has invested significantly in the space and, coupled with a strong partnership with ServiceNow (News - Alert), has been able to bring innovative and high-value solutions and services to clients. An important differentiator, according to clients, is the firm's ability to bring talent and scale to a highly competitive market, supported by strong account management, and a clear roadmap for future investments to develop capability further."

The report specifically analyzed the full value chain of ServiceNow services and states that, of all the providers assessed, Accenture was positioned first because of its global capability to innovate and deliver with high customer satisfaction.

Accenture strengths highlighted in the HFS report include:

  • Client references: Accenture's clients talk highly of the firm's ability to design, deploy, and develop ServiceNow innovatively - bringing in key talent from across he organization to supplement engagements where needed;
  • Talent: Accenture boasts one of the largest ServiceNow talent benches among the competitors assessed in this report. The firm also leverages its vast global network to bring skills and capability to clients across the globe; and
  • Partnerships: Accenture is one of few ServiceNow partners to have a seat at the top table, helping to drive the platform's development roadmap.
