Thought Industries Announces Expansive Growth in 2019: Plans to Double in Size in Boston in 2020


Thought Industries, the world's leading B2B customer training platform provider, is planning for immense growth within its Boston headquarters this year. In 2019, the company saw rapid customer growth, a new partnership with Luminate Capital Partners, expanded product value and maturity, and new executive hires. Thought Industries will dramatically expand its regional footprint with plans to add an estimated 60 employees to its Post Office Square location, effectively doubling its Boston-based employee count.

Key executive hires include adding Jeff Kushmerek as vice president of professional services and Rob Lubash as chief financial officer in December 2019. Kushmerek has more than 15 years of experience leading high-performing software companies throughout Massachusetts. Lubash has been in the CFO role for SaaS (News - Alert), software and professional services companies for more than a decade, most recently at InCrowd, Inc.

New customers in the Boston area include Customer Gauge, Spartan Race and TaxJar. Thought Industries anticipates bringing on additional customers in the software and training industries in 2020 as the sales team continues to expand.
